Easy Two-Step Process

Shake & Rub
Shake it well first. C5 settles like orange juice (it never dries out or goes bad).
Dab a little on a paper towel, old t-shirt, or microfiber cloth and rub the metal hard. Heavy tarnish, oxidation, cloudiness, and dullness lift right off, and the shine is back in seconds.
It's a lotion, not an abrasive paste. Rub as hard as you like. Unlike an abrasive paste, C5 never scratches or scrapes the metal, so engravings and fine detail stay exactly as they were. It never dries out your metal and never ages your jewelry.

Opals and pearls are soft, porous gems. Unlike a diamond, they actually hold natural water inside them and have a delicate surface that harsh chemicals can ruin permanently. Most jewelry cleaners rely on acid or ammonia, and those strip the moisture right out of these stones, leaving opals cracked, crazed, or cloudy and pearls dull, pitted, or discolored. That damage doesn't come back. Ammonia is even worse than most people think: it shatters emeralds from the inside and turns turquoise green. It has no business anywhere near your jewelry.
Best Solution has no acid, no ammonia, and no abrasives, so there is simply nothing in it to dry out, etch, or eat away at a porous stone. It gently lifts away dirt and oils and restores the shine the way fragile gems actually need. That's why it's safe to use on opals, pearls, turquoise, coral, amber, and other soft or porous stones that you'd never dare put a typical cleaner near.
Will it keep my white gold from turning yellow?
C5 lifts that oxidation right off and re-exposes the rhodium, so the bright white finish comes back. It doesn't put new rhodium on the ring, but here's the trick: once you have a piece rhodium plated, keep it clean with C5 every so often and you'll never have to get it plated again. The oxidation that causes the aluminum look never gets a chance to build up. And because it’s a lotion, not an abrasive paste, it lifts the buildup off without scraping away the rhodium plating.
